Do you wish to be inspired by exciting and challenging trainings and exercises? Do you want to learn the exercises used by top coaches? Or perhaps you are searching for an exercise to effectively practise a new technique.

Building on the success of hockeytrainer.nl and fieldhockeytraining.com, comes the release of www.thefieldhockeyfactory.com, a site with trainings and exercises for all levels and for every training goal.

You can download and print out all exercises from THE FACTORY or you can compose your own training and store it in a training folder directly on the site. Weekly updates provide current access to new exercises, trainings, and articles.
