Training Session at Folkstone Underwater Park

Our Youth Group led by Dareece Dyall recently enjoyed a day of Leadership Training, Picnicking and Sailing on a glass bottom boat. In this session they got away from the formal classroom setting where they had undergone training sessions in Technical duties and Umpiring training.

While sailing on the blue Caribbean Sea, they saw coral formations and exotic reef fish. They were taught that hard work, good values, internal motivation and self-confidence all led to positive result in their game and personal lives. It was emphasized that the team always come first. They were cautioned that taking the easy way out, by looking for excuses, moodiness and desertion lead to failure and always upset the team goals.
